The Washington Middle School Band Director is Mr. Darin Ujimori. Coming to WMS in 2013, Mr. Ujimori brought a beat of his own. Specializing in percussion, the heart of the band is beating steadily.

WMS Band Boosters
The Washington Band Boosters is a private, board-run organization. The purpose of the Booster Club is to support the Washington Middle School Band program through guidance, organizing volunteers, and raising money to cover expenses not provided for by the school. Members of the boosters are parents of current and former students, community supporters and school personnel that have a vested interest in the continuation of this excellent program.
The Washington Band Boosters meet monthly at 7:00 pm on the first Tuesday of every month. All parents of current band students are welcome to attend. We are also actively looking for more parents to help with various event planning and coordination. Those with other language communication abilities are highly desired.
